Dewald Denton (Dino)
He has been running cocktail bars, nightclubs and restaurants for the past 9 years and has been actively involved in the opening of over 20 such venues.
He was part of the brains trust that opened the first Cubaña Latino Café and turned this into a 10 store strong national franchise. His duties were that of a Marketing and Operations Manager, also seeing to the security needs of all venues and its V.I.P guests such as top local and International Models, Movie and Music stars.
He has worked as a performance bartender on many large productions, ranging from live music events to International sporting events. Through his involvement in professional exhibition bartending he has also been asked to judge some of S.A.’s premier flairing competitions.
In 2005 he opened his own venue, Corner Bar in Durbanville, where he works as events coordinator, booking some of the best local and even some international bands.
